Sales Business Development Executive As a Sales Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our business department. You will be responsible for both managing existing client accounts and generating new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying prospects, understanding customer needs, and effectively promoting our digital products / services. Additionally, you will attend networking events to stay informed about industry trends and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for establishing and growing the business department. Manage existing client accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities. Contact prospects to qualify leads and generate new business. Collaborate with the Bid Team to understand customer needs and develop tailored offers. Engage with decision-makers to promote our digital products / services. Attend networking events to stay informed about industry trends and digital innovations. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and opportunities. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent field. 2-4 years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as technology, consulting, or business management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Eager to learn, results-driven, and adaptable to different situations. Fluency in English is mandatory.
