Role Overview

Women Choice is seeking a results-driven and mission-aligned Sales and Business Development Manager – KSA to lead growth and partnerships in Saudi Arabia. The role expands corporate and institutional collaborations, drives participation in programs and events, and strengthens Women Choice’s footprint across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, and a passion for women’s empowerment.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute localized sales strategies aligned with Women Choice’s mission and growth plans in KSA.
• Identify potential corporate, government, and ecosystem partners aligned with Vision 2030 goals.
• Track and report KPIs, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with the global sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across initiatives.
