Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans based on organizational workforce needs Supervise and guide the recruitment team, assign tasks, and monitor performance Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with department heads Post job vacancies on suitable platforms (job boards, social media, etc.) Manage the candidate screening process, conduct interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person), and evaluate applicants Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient hiring decisions Maintain and update a strong talent pool database for future hiring needs Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and diversity & inclusion standards Prepare periodic recruitment reports and provide insights to HR management Participate in career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS / ATS systems and MS Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
