Must-Have : 8+ years of experience in Recruitment, along with background in construction Industry Skilled in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Experience screening resumes, collaborate on selections and building strong pipelines Efficient in tracking metrics, and report on performance Hands-on experience in Leading and managing the full recruitment cycle for various construction related roles Nice to Have : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any other relevant field.
