Overview
Job Objectives :
To supervise the operations and sales occurring in his portfolio of retail & direct sales. To properly report consistent market feedback.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market visits under area of responsibility (FLs, FBOs, DS, EVD partners) to ensure staff attendance, measure P&S awareness level, refresh TMM, and assist in solving operational issues facing sales agents.
- Survey new locations with targeted customers and direct partners to acquire them; evaluate current partners to continuously enhance overall performance.
- Provide daily market feedback related to external or internal operational activities conducted by partners or competitors.
- Send hourly registration SMS to partners’ groups to highlight the hourly progress of daily registrations in related sales channels.
- Handle new users’ requests sent from the partners against newly recruited staff by the partners.
- Conduct refresher training for sales agents upon area manager request or as needed when launching new services or products.
- Handle customer complaints escalated through the CC system by conducting proper investigations, contacting the customer, ensuring proper resolution, and closing the related ticket via reporting to the area manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business Administration or related degree.Arabic and English fluency.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a related field.Preferably in the telecommunications industry.Work Hours
Sunday to Thursday8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (including lunch break)9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM (including lunch break)Benefits
