Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Architecture : Design and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Capacity Management : Monitor system usage and performance to identify current and future capacity needs; forecast resource requirements based on business growth and usage trends; work with teams to plan infrastructure scaling and avoid performance bottlenecks; provide regular reports and insights on capacity status, risks, and recommendations.
• General : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments; recommend improvements to enhance performance, reduce complexity, and increase efficiency.
