Infrastructure Manager

JASARA PMC is currently seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As an Infrastructure Manager at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's infrastructure systems and networks. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the availability, performance, and security of the infrastructure. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing infrastructure projects, including planning, resource allocation, and monitoring of project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities :

Design and implement the company's infrastructure systems and networks. Oversee the configuration and maintenance of network hardware, software, and security systems. Develop and implement infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards. Collaborate with internal teams to assess infrastructure needs and recommend solutions. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Lead infrastructure projects, including planning, resource allocation, and monitoring of project timelines and budgets. Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the infrastructure systems and networks. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide timely resolution. Stay up-to-date with the latest infrastructure trends, technologies, and best practices. Manage and develop a team of infrastructure professionals. Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure management roles. Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, networks, and security best practices. Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization. Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and develop a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, ITIL) are a plus.
