Job Title : Account Executive

Responsibilities :

• Maintain overall accountability for client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Keep up-to-date with our technology products.
• Implement chatbot projects using our platform.
• Create product demonstrations in person and online, tailored to client needs.
• Manage key accounts and serve as the primary contact for projects.
• Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, and timelines.
• Continuously improve project management processes and adopt best practices and new methodologies.
• Provide regular updates to management on client concerns and feedback.
• Conduct periodic reviews with clients and recommend new products / services as appropriate.
• Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies for our products and services.
