Responsibilities :

Maintain overall accountability for client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Keep up-to-date with our technology products.

Implement chatbot projects using our platform.

Create product demonstrations in person and online, tailored to client needs.

Manage key accounts and serve as the primary contact for projects.

Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, and timelines.

Continuously improve project management processes and adopt best practices and new methodologies.

Provide regular updates to management on client concerns and feedback.

Conduct periodic reviews with clients and recommend new products / services as appropriate.

Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies for our products and services.
