Position Overview The Director of Finance Managing Partner (Contractual) will oversee QueSechu’s financial planning, capital structure management, and strategic financial initiatives. This role requires a contractual professional with executive-level expertise who can provide strategic guidance, fiscal oversight, and financial governance while supporting the company’s growth trajectory and maintaining compliance with international financial standards.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership : Oversee financial operations, policies, and risk management to align with QueSechu’s long-term strategic goals.

Budgeting & Forecasting : Direct the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial plans.

Capital Strategy : Manage funding requirements, investor relations, and capital allocation strategies to support business expansion.

Financial Governance : Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP), audit processes, and regulatory requirements.

Investment Oversight : Evaluate potential investments, M&A opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

Performance Analysis : Deliver financial insights and KPI analysis to guide executive decision-making.

Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional leaders and other managing partners to drive operational and financial synergies.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or Managing Partner in a global or regional firm.

Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of corporate finance, investment strategies, and risk management.

Deep understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP).

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Experience in consulting, engineering, energy, or digital transformation sectors is a plus.

Ability to work under a contractual engagement model with clear deliverables and timelines.

Contractual Engagement This is a contractual executive appointment, with scope, duration, and compensation terms to be defined in alignment with project objectives and strategic mandates.
