Position Overview

The Director of Finance Managing Partner (Contractual) will oversee QueSechu’s financial planning, capital structure management, and strategic financial initiatives. This role requires a contractual professional with executive-level expertise who can provide strategic guidance, fiscal oversight, and financial governance while supporting the company’s growth trajectory and maintaining compliance with international financial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership : Oversee financial operations, policies, and risk management to align with QueSechu’s long-term strategic goals.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Direct the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial plans.
• Capital Strategy : Manage funding requirements, investor relations, and capital allocation strategies to support business expansion.
• Financial Governance : Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP), audit processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Investment Oversight : Evaluate potential investments, M&A opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Performance Analysis : Deliver financial insights and KPI analysis to guide executive decision-making.
• Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional leaders and other managing partners to drive operational and financial synergies.
