Overview SELECTED is partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation to appoint a Partnerships Manager to drive and manage key strategic relationships across government entities and private sector organisations in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, Arabic-speaking professional with a proven background in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key government bodies, semi-government organisations, and major private sector businesses across the Kingdom
Identify new strategic opportunities to expand the company’s footprint and influence within the Saudi market
Build and manage long-term relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of shared objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored partnership proposals and initiatives that add value to both parties
Negotiate agreements, monitor performance, and ensure the successful execution of partnership activities
Represent the business at industry events, forums, and conferences to strengthen visibility and network across sectors
Key Requirements
Fluent Arabic and English communication skills (both written and spoken)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in partnership management, business development, or stakeholder relations within financial services or a related sector
Strong understanding of the Saudi business landscape, with an established network across government and corporate sectors
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
Riyadh-based or willing to relocate
