Middle East Employer Partnerships Director
to join its team!
This strategic role focuses on establishing and managing relationships between IE University and leading employers across the Middle East, especially in Riyadh, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. The goal is to create impactful corporate partnerships that provide excellent career opportunities for students and alumni, enhancing IE’s regional and global reputation.
Success will be measured by increased student placements, stronger employer partnerships, and greater brand visibility. The individual will attract top Middle Eastern companies and negotiate employer partnership agreements aligned with IE’s strategic goals, contributing to students’ career prospects and institutional branding.
This role reports to the Director of Employer Partnerships and collaborates closely with the leadership at the Center for Leadership in Riyadh to ensure alignment with institutional objectives.

We seek a full-time Riyadh-based professional for the role of
Middle East Employer Partnerships Director, Talent & Careers .
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development :
Develop and maintain relationships with top employers in the Middle East, negotiate agreements, and act as the main representative for IE in the region.
Leadership & Institutional Collaboration :
Work with the Center for Leadership in Riyadh to align regional efforts with broader strategies and oversee collaboration with alumni and careers teams in Dubai.
Alumni Engagement & Employer Collaboration :
Leverage alumni networks for engagement, develop initiatives connecting alumni with employers, and participate in industry forums.
Regulatory Compliance & Reporting :
Ensure activities comply with standards, prepare performance reports, and analyze partnership data.
Market Research & Industry Trends :
Conduct labor market research to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in business development, corporate relations, or career services, preferably in higher education.
Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and manage external relationships.
Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern labor market and sectors relevant to IE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Experience with regulatory compliance, partnership reporting, and a network in the Middle East is advantageous.
Familiarity with IE University’s mission and values is highly desirable.
