This role ensures alignment between partnership initiatives and business goals, fostering collaboration with external digital players to create sustainable value and competitive advantage. Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities : Develop and execute a comprehensive digital partnerships strategy aligned with the company’s vision and digital transformation goals in the insurance sector. Identify and build strategic collaborations with technology firms, embedded insurance platforms, digital marketplaces, and InsurTech companies to drive innovation and value creation. Oversee end-to-end partner relationship management, ensuring clear communication, mutual value realization, and long-term alignment. Ensure seamless integration of digital partnerships with internal systems, insurance products, and distribution channels in coordination with cross-functional teams such as IT, underwriting, operations, and marketing. Lead the evaluation of partnership performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI analysis and make strategic decisions to enhance impact. Design and implement innovative partnership models such as on-demand insurance, embedded insurance, and automated digital services. Identifying new partners, building relationships and growing business Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails and client visits. Research partners, identify key players and generate interest. Ensure that all digital partnership activities comply with insurance regulations and internal governance policies, in coordination with compliance and legal teams. Lead and develop the digital partnerships team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management to ensure strategic execution. Represent the company in digital and technology forums, conferences, and industry events to explore new partnership opportunities and promote the company’s digital vision. Leverage digital partnerships to enhance customer experience, expand market reach, and support digital distribution and revenue growth. Prepare and present strategic reports and partnership updates to executive leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and forward-looking opportunities.
