Responsibilities

Implement the university’s partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 cultural objectives.

Represent the university in external forums, conferences, and cultural events.

Work cross-functionally with colleges, research units, student affairs, and administrative departments to maximize partnership impact.

Serve as the primary liaison between the university and its strategic academic partners.

Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with partner institutions, faculty, and internal departments.

Ensure all partnership activities comply with institutional policies and local regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Monitor partnership outcomes and prepare regular reports on performance, opportunities, and risks.

Lead the activation and growth of academic partnerships to support the university’s long-term strategic objectives.

Facilitate the operational setup of partnerships and ensure seamless integration into the institution’s ecosystem.

Ensure the development of academic programs is tailored to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s educational and cultural context.

Support the secondment and integration of faculty from partner institutions to enhance program delivery.

Provide strategic recommendations for infrastructure and resources required to support partnerships.

Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the university’s academic network and global footprint.

Oversee the integration of partner content into academic delivery, ensuring alignment with both the university’s and partners’ educational goals.

Manage day-to-day partnership operations, including agreements execution, program launches, and academic content delivery.

Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, train, and support faculty — including housing arrangements and orientation programs.

Coordinate with academic teams to integrate partner content into courses and ensure a smooth delivery process.

Monitor student satisfaction and academic performance in courses that involve partner-provided content and address feedback proactively.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure program requirements (infrastructure, logistics, and administrative support) are met.

Track and resolve operational issues to maintain high-quality partnership execution.

5–8 years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder relations, or external engagement within higher education, cultural institutions, or the creative industries.

Proven track record in developing collaborations with universities, arts councils, cultural organizations, and private-sector creative enterprises.

Experience working in international partnership contexts, ideally in the arts, film, music, theater, or related creative sectors.

Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 cultural initiatives, higher education sector, and regulatory frameworks.

Strong ability to design and implement partnership strategies aligned with institutional objectives.

Skilled in contract negotiation, stakeholder mapping, and relationship governance.

Competence in project management, with the ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous initiatives.

Data-driven approach to evaluating partnership performance and outcomes.

Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority.

Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities across diverse cultural and professional contexts.

Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) in English; proficiency in Arabic highly desirable.

Diplomacy and cultural sensitivity in engaging with local, regional, and international stakeholders.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with academic, administrative, and external partners.

High adaptability and problem-solving capacity in dynamic and evolving institutional settings.
