As the Head of Ecommerce , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site management, catalogue development, SEO, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), user experience (UX), technology and platform management, design, and email marketing. Additionally, you will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring best-in-class Ecommerce performance. Your role will be pivotal in driving growth, enhancing customer engagement, and optimizing online sales strategies. Responsibilities :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in an Ecommerce role, with a proven track record of success.
- At least 2 years of team management experience.
- Strong experience with Magento, WordPress, Google Analytics (GA), Google Console, Google Merchant Center, Bing Ads, and Tag Manager.
