Overview

We are seeking the

Head of Technology

to lead the

technology organization

for a fintech-focused venture. This strategic role will oversee

software engineering, architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure , ensuring compliance with

SAMA regulations

and alignment with innovation and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will bring

10+ years of technology leadership experience , a proven track record in

fintech or regulated industries , and the ability to

scale high-performing tech teams

while driving

secure, user-centric digital solutions . Key Responsibilities

Lead the

technology organization

including software development, architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure. Define and execute the

technology strategy and roadmap

in line with business innovation goals. Ensure compliance with

SAMA regulations, cybersecurity frameworks, and data protection standards . Oversee

system architecture, technical design, and code quality

for scalable, resilient solutions. Manage the

end-to-end technology lifecycle

– planning, development, deployment, and support. Partner with

business, compliance, and product leaders

to deliver secure, user-centric solutions. Drive adoption of

modern fintech technologies : APIs, microservices, AI, open banking, cloud. Establish best practices in

testing, QA, DevOps, and monitoring

for system reliability. Champion

agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

for efficiency and adaptability. Mentor and grow the technology team, fostering

innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement . Act as a

strategic advisor

to executive leadership, translating emerging tech into competitive advantage. Qualifications

10+ years of technology leadership experience

in fintech or regulated industries. Demonstrated ability to

scale high-performing tech teams

and deliver

secure, user-centric digital solutions . Experience ensuring

compliance with financial regulations (e.g., SAMA) , cybersecurity frameworks, and data protection standards. Strong collaboration with

business, compliance, and product leaders

to align tech strategy with business goals. Proven track record in

software engineering, architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure

leadership.
