What you'll be doing As a Store Manager at Chalhoub, you will drive the store's success, build a loyal VIP customer base, manage the team, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and store processes. Key Responsibilities

Lead by example, representing the brand and communicating its values through all interactions. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs. Manage the customer database to foster relationships and identify sales opportunities. Stay informed about trends, products, and competitors, sharing feedback with relevant stakeholders. Leverage both online and offline sales channels to maximize performance. Provide leadership and development for the team, fostering a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness. Recruit, develop, and retain talented staff, promoting growth and professional development. Ensure performance improvement plans are transparent and well-documented. Customer Experience Promote an omnichannel approach, emphasizing physical and digital touchpoints, clienteling, and leveraging customer data to personalize service. Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers through excellent service and networking. Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with all sales and operational policies. Manage e-commerce orders efficiently, meeting SLA standards. Utilize available technology tools to enhance customer experience and ensure team proficiency. Maintain operational standards, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising. Work closely with relevant teams to ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and HR guidelines. Analyze traffic data to ensure optimal floor coverage during peak hours.
