Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our high-end retail store in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the boutique's operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store targets

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Oversee visual merchandising to maintain an attractive and on-brand store appearance

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock control

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations

Collaborate with regional management to implement marketing initiatives and promotions

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently

Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and communicate effectively with customers

Organize and conduct regular team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or luxury goods sector

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences

Proficiency in visual merchandising and creating compelling product displays

Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting, inventory management, and performance tracking

Experience with retail management software and point-of-sale systems

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field (preferred)

In-depth knowledge of fashion trends and the luxury retail market

Understanding of the Saudi Arabian retail landscape and consumer preferences

Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly preferred

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
