KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Sales Responsibilities
Develop and maintain good working relationships with designated users and contractors. Coordinate with the Proposals Department to ensure timely submission of quotations according to company policies. Follow up with contractors on allocated quotations. Achieve sales targets by closing deals and selling products with team members. Visit customers and end users to ensure their requirements are met to their satisfaction. Review sales results monthly with the Area Sales Manager and report on actions taken to address variances. Regularly review CRM data. Ensure professional treatment of all customers and their satisfaction with sales services. Attend to customer inquiries and follow up on quoted jobs, providing feedback.
HSE
Promote awareness of HSE policies and procedures among all team members.
SPAN OF COMMUNICATION
Internal : President Director, Sales Engineers, Sales Coordinator, Accounts, IT, Sales & Admin staff, Maintenance, and Stores Departments. External : Customers, couriers, and suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree is a plus. Preferred Experience : 4-6 years of relevant experience. Job-Specific Skills : Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills; proficient in computer skills and writing; good leadership and teamwork skills; detail-oriented.
COMPETENCIES
Ability to work under pressure. Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
