ABOUT WILD&ORG Wild&Org is the delicious Grab&Go cafe for the health-conscious foodie.

Our mission is to become the leading Grab&Go food place for savvy, health-conscious guests who want natural, delicious, ready-made food without compromise because no one should have to trade-off their health for lack of taste or time.

ABOUT THE POSITION What We’re Looking For :

The Cafe Manager is responsible for holding his team accountable and acting as the decision maker when needed. Holds the café employees together, provides cadence, accountable for the cafe sales and executes the agreed-upon plan. The Cafe Manager reports to the CEO.

Who You Are :

Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so

Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level

Understands financial aspects of business operations

Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Wild&Org operations & culture

What You’ll Do :

Managing all functions on our daily checklist to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Monitor food quality and presentation.

Ensure all customers receive friendly, efficient, and personalized service.

Continuously improve customer experience by implementing feedback and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

Managing the front of the café

Handling payroll and scheduling

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards according to Saudi regulations

Focusing attention on team development

Suggesting new menu items based on customers’ preferences and feedback.

What We’re Looking For :

Fluent in Arabic and English

Hotel management diploma or equivalent

Proven management experience in the hospitality industry.

A food handler’s license would be a plus

Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Effective communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.
