Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in overseeing retail operations across multiple locations, ensuring that each store meets the company's standards for sales, customer service, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, cultivating a positive work environment, and implementing strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience while managing daily operations effectively. Responsibilities

Manage the overall performance of multiple retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards. Develop and execute strategic plans to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction across all stores. Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing losses and excess inventory. Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, provide coaching, and implement necessary changes. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted promotions that resonate with local customers. Monitor financial performance, including budgets and forecasts, to ensure stores meet profitability targets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all retail locations. Serve as a key point of contact between upper management and store teams, effectively communicating company initiatives and goals. Preferred Candidate

Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar role within retail operations. Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing teams. Excellent analytical skills, able to leverage data to drive decision-making. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both staff and customers. Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Willingness to travel between store locations as needed. In-depth knowledge of local market trends and customer behaviors in the Jeddah region. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. Skills
