Our client is looking to onboard a Food & Beverage Manager to drive operations, business growth, and guest satisfaction across their venues.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing all food and beverage operations, including Restaurants, Catering.
- Developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve revenue, profitability targets and identify commercial opportunities to maximize income and deliver budgets.
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
- Planning Marketing Road map, new promotions and contributing to business development.
- Training, mentoring, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Creating and maintaining menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences.
- Monitor products and ensure that they are to specification and that they are consistent.
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Food and Beverage Manager requirements and qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management.In-depth knowledge of food and beverage menu items.Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and managing budgets.Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends.Passion for the hospitality industry and crafting enriching experiences for customers.Leadership - ability to lead and manage a diverse team, ensuring high performance and motivation.Customer service - exceptional skills in delivering outstanding guest experiences and receiving feedback.Communication - strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests, and stakeholders.Organizational skills - proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and inventory effectively.Team management - expertise in training and developing staff, performance management, and effective rostering.#J-18808-Ljbffr
