Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication with customers.
Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer purchase orders in the system.
- Prepare and send quotations and price offers to customers.
- Coordinate with the finance team to organize and arrange invoices.
- Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Saudi National.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.0-2 years of experience in a similar role.Good command of English (spoken and written).Skills
