The Jobholder is responsible for assisting the Branch Sales Team and proficiently handling and executing the branch routine sales paperwork. In addition, respond to online customers' regular enquiries and report the activities to the branch manager.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assisting the sales team and preparing the necessary sales documents.
- Working out pricing with the sales team and submitting quotations on time to the customers.
- Arranging necessary documents to be submitted along with the quotations.
- Able to negotiate with clients satisfactorily and reply to the queries.
- Efficiently responding to online telephone calls and reporting to the branch manager.
- Responsible for following up payments with customers in coordination with the sales team.
- Coordinating with the sales team and the warehouse for on-time delivery to the customer.
- Ability to manage the paperwork effectively.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and company software, with the ability to reply to routine customer enquiries via email.
- Carrying out other assignments as directed by the branch manager.
- Performing any other related function as directed.
Minimum Qualifications :
Skills :
Experience in dealing with customer enquiries.
ENGLISH – Intermediate level required in speaking, reading, and writing.
