We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Food and Beverage sector. The Guest Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for visitors, managing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance regarding company services and facilities.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for guests with various departments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Maintain an organized record of guest interactions, feedback, and requests to improve service delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of guest orders, including welcome packets and informational brochures about our services.
- Facilitate the logistics of guest visits, including transportation arrangements and catering needs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Contribute to the development of guest service protocols and initiatives aimed at improving satisfaction levels.
Preferred Candidate
