Account Manager / Business Development Executive
to generate leads, engage clients, and drive sales through proactive outreach. Key Responsibilities Identify and target enterprise clients in real estate, large service sectors, and other large organizations requiring Zoho / Odoo solutions. Develop lead generation strategies via cold calls, LinkedIn, networking, and direct engagement. Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions. Propose customized Zoho / Odoo implementations, including CRM, automation, and ERP integrations. Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demos. Build relationships with decision-makers and convert leads into clients. Stay updated on Zoho and Odoo features to provide informed advice. Maintain a sales pipeline, track leads in CRM, and follow up regularly. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment. Ideal Profile & Requirements Bilingual in English & Arabic (verbal & written). Experience in B2B, SaaS, ERP / CRM sales, or business development. Ability to generate leads through cold outreach and networking. Experience selling Zoho, Odoo, or similar platforms to large businesses preferred. Knowledge of real estate or large service sector workflows is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven with the ability to manage long sales cycles. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Sales, or related field. Minimum 3+ years in ERP, SaaS, or IT software sales.
