REPORTING TO : Demand & Supply Planning Manager

POSITION PURPOSE : To ensure full product availability across all KSA stores by owning the local deployment of inventory from the KSA warehouse to stores, managing replenishment system parameters and acting as the on-ground representative of the regional supply chain function. This role acts as a critical operational extension of the central planning team, translating demand plans into daily stock deployment execution within the KSA territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Plan and execute warehouse-to-store replenishments for all KSA retail and Ecom locations.
• Ensure correct product flows in accordance with centrally driven supply plans.
• Continuously adjust deployment based on sell-through, local animation, pop-ups, events, and priority needs.
• Maintain and monitor store-level planning parameters in RELEX (e.g., safety stock, lead times, presentation stock, order parameters).
• Fine-tune system settings based on performance, store profile, and local demand behavior.
