The role will be responsible for Logistics operations considering operational, commercial and safety factors and ensure availability of equipment and resources for completion of planned activities, while adhering to CFS policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate efficient operation of the department / shift, this concerns 25 to 35 employees.
• Ensure procedures are documented & followed.
• Plan and co-ordinate labor in accordance with forecast & DL target.
• Monitor daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure that CAPA’s and 5C’s are acted upon in accordance with the guidelines.
• Is responsible for holding the conversations that are part of the HR cycle such as PMP, absenteeism interviews, sick leave interviews and correction interview, and provide back up and support to the Manager.
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model within the organization.
• Responsible for 5S within the department.
• Responsible for QEHS within the department & reporting accidents & near misses.
• Responsible for back-up planning for all key positions.
• Responsible for addressing opportunities for improvement; safety, efficiencies etc.
• Log and chase IT tickets to get issues sorted.

Experience : 3-4 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor
