Job description

Urgent Hiring - Demand Planner

Minimum Requirements :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience : Minimum 2+ years in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management with proven success in forecasting and replenishment
Strong analytical and statistical forecasting skills
Excellent command of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel (Pivot, Power Query), and Power BI
Understanding of S&OP, inventory control, and production planning principles
Language : Fluent in English.

Responsibilities :

Execute demand forecasting activities to ensure product availability

Analyze sales trends and market data to develop accurate demand forecasts.

Manage replenishment processes and maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize stockouts or overstock.

Collaborate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to align forecasts with operational realities.

Utilize ERP and planning tools to prepare analytical reports and dashboards for management review.

Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvements in the planning process.

Execute scenario analysis and demand projections.
