Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts in the technology and cybersecurity sector. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, a strong background in tech solution selling, and the ability to manage a small team while driving new business opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support a team of sales / account managers in meeting their targets
- Lead sales activities to acquire new business across government and enterprise sectors
- Develop and implement action plans to expand market reach and client base
- Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to create tailored proposals and presentations
- Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with quarterly and annual goals
- Respond to RFQs and lead negotiation processes with high-level clients
- Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and opportunity tracking in CRM systems (e.g., Odoo)
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales staff as needed
- Provide regular updates to upper management on sales pipeline, market trends, and risks
- Ensure a customer-first approach while driving revenue growth and team productivity
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 5–7 years in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleEducation : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldLanguages : English (spoken and written)Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with cybersecurity, OT / IT, or AI solution sales industry.Tools & Systems : Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce), Microsoft OfficeTravel : Willingness to travel locally for client visits, team support, and events
