Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts in the technology and cybersecurity sector. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, a strong background in tech solution selling, and the ability to manage a small team while driving new business opportunities.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and support a team of sales / account managers in meeting their targets
  • Lead sales activities to acquire new business across government and enterprise sectors
  • Develop and implement action plans to expand market reach and client base
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to create tailored proposals and presentations
  • Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with quarterly and annual goals
  • Respond to RFQs and lead negotiation processes with high-level clients
  • Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and opportunity tracking in CRM systems (e.g., Odoo)
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales staff as needed
  • Provide regular updates to upper management on sales pipeline, market trends, and risks
  • Ensure a customer-first approach while driving revenue growth and team productivity

Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 5–7 years in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or  supervisory role
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Languages : English (spoken and written)
  • Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with cybersecurity, OT / IT, or AI solution sales industry.
  • Tools & Systems : Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce), Microsoft Office
  • Travel : Willingness to travel locally for client visits, team support, and events
