Must-Have : 8+ years of experience in IT change management, preferably in the banking or financial sector.

Strong understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) Proven experience in leading end-to-end IT change management processes, ensuring compliance with governance and risk standards   Nice to Have Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; ITIL certification preferred.
