Risk & Change Manager

About the Role Surbana Jurong (SJ) Group is scaling a future‑fit PMO across the Middle East. We’re building a talent bench of Risk & Change leaders who can translate uncertainty into strategy and drive disciplined change across complex programs.

What You’ll Do

Facilitate risk workshops; own registers, RBS, and

QRA

(cost & schedule).

Run

Change Control Boards , impact assessments, approvals, and baselining.

Publish dashboards (KRIs, exposure trends, P50 / P80) and brief stakeholders.

Coordinate internal / external audits, close findings with measurable improvements.

Coach teams on BMS and uplift maturity through training and playbooks.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Engineering / PM / Risk;

8–12+ years

in consulting / PMC.

ISO 31000 / ISO 21502 literacy; GCC client / channel experience.

Power BI ; risk tools (Primavera Risk / Safran / @RISK).

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder influence and report writing.

Nice to Have PMP; PMI‑RMP / MoR; Prosci / CMBoK; Arabic; EVM integration.

Where You’ll Work Hybrid | Riyadh (KSA) with collaboration across KSA & UAE; periodic client-site travel.
