Responsibilities :
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs in façade industry
- Ensure specs align with technical / engineering standards
- Map and prioritize top architects / consultants by project pipeline
- Provide technical proposals to architects, engineers, consultants, contractors
- Prepare / submit proposals, quotations, tenders; negotiate contracts
- Maintain ties with façade installers / contractors
- Resolve technical issues onsite with consultants / contractors
- Supervise redesigns; propose solutions for inadequate specs
- Provide leads to Head of Sales to convert specs to orders
Requirements :
5–8 years in sales, business development, or technical advisory in the building materials and / or façade industryBachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or relatedProficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD / CRMAbility to interpret engineer CAD drawingsFluency in English languageLink commercial aspects with architectural / engineering designsEstablished network with architects, consultants, developers, contractorsExperience in technical specs, design, or project coordination preferredSeniority level
