Job Purpose

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth within the paint industry. This role involves managing the sales team, building client relationships, and ensuring sales objectives are consistently achieved through effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy Development & Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Set annual goals and ensure successful achievement in line with the company vision.

2. Team Management

Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Motivate team members to achieve targets and foster a culture of teamwork.

Conduct training sessions to enhance sales capabilities.

3. Achieving Sales Goals

Meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Engage with key customers and partners to drive sustainable revenue growth.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on market dynamics and evolving customer needs.

Analyze sales data to evaluate product performance and suggest improvements.

Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate threats.

5. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the paint industry.

Address customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

6. Reporting & Evaluation

Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Recommend strategies for continuous improvement in sales performance.

7. Budget Management

Work within allocated budgets to achieve sales goals efficiently.

Develop financial plans and communicate them effectively to the sales team.

Sales Volume Growth (% increase year-on-year).

Target Achievement Rate (monthly and annual goals).

Revenue Growth (team performance-driven).

Client Base Growth (new and repeat customers).

Customer Satisfaction Rate (surveys & feedback).

Conversion Rate (opportunities converted to sales).

Sales Cost Efficiency (achieving goals while minimizing costs).

Qualifications & Skills Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of

10 years’ sales experience

in the paint industry or a similar sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in sales management tools (CRM) and analytical software.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

Fluent in

Arabic & English

(spoken and written).

Immediate availability with full field mobility and a valid driver’s license + own vehicle.
