Position Summary

• Business Development Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
• End-to-End Sales Management : Drive the complete sales process from prospecting and lead qualification through to contract closure and post‑sale support.
• Vendor Management : Identify, onboard, and nurture vendor relationships; ensure alignment with business objectives and maintain performance standards.
• Client Enablement : Facilitate client success by providing actionable insights, structured enablement programs, and ensuring clients have the necessary resources and training.
• Documentation Support : Assist in preparing detailed proposals, contracts, and other essential documentation to support sales and business initiatives.
• Pre‑Sales Support : Mentor and support team members engaged in pre‑sales activities by providing guidance on process methodologies, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
• Lead Conversion : Proactively convert leads into closed deals by understanding client needs, tailoring solutions, and leading negotiations.
• Regional Client Engagement : Act as the primary liaison with regional clients—organizing regular conversations to gather critical feedback, update on new developments, and address any concerns to foster long‑term relationships.
