Overview
We are looking for an organized and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our client\'s team in Khobar. The role focuses on following up with potential clients, preparing technical and financial proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful deal closure. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, familiarity with IT and technology solutions, and experience using CRM systems such as Odoo. Responsibilities
Follow up with existing leads and potential clients to close deals. Coordinate with technical and finance teams to prepare accurate proposals. Handle customer inquiries and provide solution-based recommendations. Prepare and review both technical and financial proposals. Maintain accurate client data and opportunity tracking in CRM (Odoo). Support the sales process by ensuring smooth handover to implementation teams. Participate in meetings and provide updates on deal progress and forecasts. Stay updated on company products and emerging market technologies. Maintain organized documentation for all sales activities and client communications. Identify, qualify and nurture sales opportunities through calls, emails and online engagement. Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or technical sales support. Experience in IT or technology industry is preferred. Basic understanding of technology products (cybersecurity, networking, cloud and AI solutions). Familiarity with CRM tools such as Odoo, HubSpot or Salesforce. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic).
