to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will handle the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to onboarding — ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions.

Post job ads, review applications, and schedule interviews.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong understanding of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in both English and Arabic.
