HR Specialist

Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Support employee relations initiatives and address inquiries or concerns from staff. Maintain employee records and HR files in compliance with legal requirements. Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives. Help implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Participate in HR projects and corporate initiatives as needed.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR or a relevant administrative role. Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
