Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions.

Source candidates through online platforms, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate and manage the interview process, including feedback collection and follow-up with candidates.

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recommendations.

Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Rgheeb as an employer of choice.

Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.

Strong understanding of various recruiting techniques and platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to assess candidates' competencies and cultural fit.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
