Bachelor of Science (BS), MIS, Physical Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent. Possess a blend of SAP technical and services delivery management skills. Certification in at least one SAP module or technical area (e.g., Basis). Sound cross SAP technical knowledge and IT experience. Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SLM) desired. Team player, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and sustain relationships with customers, SI and IT organizations. Accomplished communication skills, both verbal and written. Good design and architectural skills in the technical area. Good understanding of project management and knowledge of the ASAP project lifecycle. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and deliver on commitments. Fluent in English; excellent communication skills required. Proven record of high performance in problem solving, collaboration, planning / priority setting, timely decision making, perseverance, and a drive for results. 6 - 10 years experience in SAP Administration (IT Senior Leadership). 6 - 10 years of Service Delivery Management in SAP.
