Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience :

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Functional Analyst. Proven track record working with SAP modules FI, CO, and PS, and their integration with EAM, MM, SD, HCM, and third-party systems (e.g., Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur) in an SAP S / 4HANA environment. Mandatory SAP S / 4HANA FI / CO certification (version 1909 or higher). Yearly Salary Package :

The range will be between 10,000 up to 16,000 SAR max

Job Description This role requires deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules along with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, designing functional solutions, configuring SAP systems, and supporting continuous digital transformation initiatives through automation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements in the Finance domain.

Develop functional design documents and specifications tailored to business needs.

Configure SAP FI, CO, PS modules and ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and systems (e.g., MM, SD, EAM, Ariba, SuccessFactors).

Lead and execute various testing phases including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide user training and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.

Troubleshoot system issues, liaise with technical teams, and ensure resolution aligns with business requirements.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Identify opportunities for process automation and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.

Required Skills and Competencies

SAP Expertise :

Strong knowledge of SAP FICO (S / 4HANA) with understanding of integration points.

Problem-Solving :

Excellent analytical skills with a results-driven approach.

Communication :

Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.

Teamwork :

Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.

Project Orientation :

Experience in managing or supporting SAP-related projects from inception to delivery.
