Job description

Experience :

Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP implementation and support.
Proven track record with at least 2+ full-cycle ERP implementations .

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the Application Owner for ERP systems, ensuring reliability, compliance, and optimal performance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement tailored ERP solutions .

Manage end-to-end ERP integrations with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow.

Conduct user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and audit standards related to ERP operations.

Handle vendor management , including coordination for issue resolution, upgrades, and service delivery.

Generate and maintain operational and performance reports to support business decision-making.

Requirements

Expertise :

Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics .

Hands-on experience with key business modules including :

Finance

Procurement

Human Resources (HR)

Supply Chain Management

Solid understanding of system integration, reporting, and business process mapping .

Additional Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
