We are currently looking to hire an SAP Support - SuccessFactors

About the Role :

Our client, a leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced SAP Support Specialist to provide timely and effective resolution of SAP-related support tickets, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors support (minimum 1–3 years).
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and how they integrate with SuccessFactors.
• Experience handling incident and problem management within an ITIL framework.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• English fluency is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or a related field.
