ERM Technical / Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financial Service Analytical application (OFSAA) Enterprise Risk Management Tech / Functional Consultant to join our team, focusing on managing and optimizing our OFSAA ERM module (BASEL, ICAAP, etc).

In this role, you’ll be responsible for Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) covering BASEL, ICAAP, CRA, and Reconciliation modules. You will analyze existing implementations, enhance application rules, and manage data loading processes (T2T, DT, PLSQL). You will work closely with risk management stakeholders to align solutions with regulatory and business requirements.

International Experience in Riyadh

Join on-site collaboration sessions in Riyadh — an emerging global hub for digital innovation. You will have an onboarding trip within your first 3 months, participate in regular design sprints and workshops in Saudi Arabia with client stakeholders, and have all travel and visa arrangements handled by us.

Your Responsibilities :

• Analysis of Data Model Management, Rules Run Framework, Data Management Tools.
• Analysis of business requirements and conversion to technical implementation.
• Performing performance tuning on OFSAA Cycle processes to ensure fast and efficient data loading, processing, and reporting.
• Understanding the Informatica ETL solution and its interaction with OFSAA.
• Designing / re-designing the OFSAA ERM reconciliation module.
• Implementing OFSAA Reconciliation rules.
• Analysis and redesign of DT rules, including good knowledge of PLSQL and Oracle DB Performance techniques.
• Implementing robust error handling and logging mechanisms within ETL solutions.
• Collaborating with data architects and business users to understand data requirements and ensure data quality.
• Applying a strong understanding of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) lifecycle and data modeling concepts.
