Job Description

• Develop and manage BIM models for design and construction phases.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards.
• Support in producing construction documentation and shop drawings.
• Generate model-based documentation such as plans, sections, elevations, and

schedules.
