Job Description
- create and develop detailed BIM models (Architectural / Structural / MEP) using Revit.
- Update and modify models based on design changes and project requirements.
- Generate accurate construction drawings, shop drawings, and schedules from BIM models.
- Apply project standards, templates, and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) requirements to all models.
- Conduct basic clash checks within the discipline model and resolve modeling issues.
- Maintain organized model files, families, and related documentation.
- Support the design and site teams with model-based outputs when needed
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in BIM modeling for architectural, or Fit-outdisciplines. (Structural experience is a plus.)
Proven experience working on façade, external works, and / or interior fit-outconstruction projects.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software.Experience with BIM coordination, including Level of Development (LOD), clashdetection, and model validation.
Understanding of 3D modeling, 4D scheduling, and quantity take-offs.Familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as BIM 360 or ACC.Ability to create 3D parametric models from 2D drawings and specifications.Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings anddocumentation.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and time management skills.Good communication skills to coordinate with design and construction teams.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and workflows.Additional Preferred Skills : (optional not necessary)
Knowledge of AutoCad 3D.Knowledge of Sketchup.Experience with visualization tools such as Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion.
