Job Description :
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance.
Oversee training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Handle compensation, benefits, and employee relations matters.
Skills Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
Prior experience in the retail industry is essential.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic (bilingual).
