Responsibilities
Promote and sell financial products and services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
Identify and target potential SME clients, conduct meetings, and build strong business relationships.
Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable credit, loan, or financing solutions.
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit accurate credit applications and documentation for approval.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Provide after-sales service and ongoing support to SME clients.
Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the SME financial sector.
Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial sector (SME banking, credit, or corporate sales).
Certified Credit Advisor (CCA) certificate
– Mandatory requirement.
Strong knowledge of credit assessment, lending products, and financial analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
